OUR METHODOLOGY
Eyemotive uses a version of the classic 4D methodology, which divides each project into four distinct stages:
Define. We start by asking a lot of questions, to get a full understanding of objectives and definition of requirements within the context of the business strategy. This results in a solid action plan and budget.
Design. We then translate the project definition into specific functional and technical requirements. From here, all components are identified as to their role in the solution, including all architectural, software, production, visual and messaging elements. During this stage, we conduct iterative design reviews with the client to ensure that all elements are meeting the stated objectives.
Develop. Using a timeline with key review points, all the pieces are assembled. In the case of online projects, we provide a staging interface for the client, as well as conduct ongoing tests for function and compatibility.
Deploy. Once complete, rollout is executed according to a pre-plan, including coordination with all third-party partners. For websites, appropriate SEO features and programs implemented. Training and support functions are put into motion. On larger projects, deployment is followed by a debriefing session between the client and our team.
ADVERTISING
We’ve done a lot of effective ads and campaigns in the B2B technology space, with a few chicken wings added for flavor. Our approach is action-focused and based on the idea that even if you’re selling embedded systems software, you’re talking to real humans with many levels of entry -- intellectual, emotional, humorous -- for the message to get through.
